People complain about Xmas season lasting two full months starting somewhere around October 28, but I don’t hear anyone bitching about tax season. Four full months of H&R Block commercials, of paranoid filers, of tax software.

I hate new year’s resolutions although I can’t deny their allure. I hate them because Jan 1 usually has people hungover, exhausted, or at least off work. Regardless, it’s a holiday and no one wants to start working out/writing/insert most resolutions here.
