New Short Story: Mother Sponge
I recently had another short story published through Hub magazine: “Mother Sponge.” It’s a futuristic take on food, rituals, religion, and the deaths of loved ones.
Hub is FREE and weekly and I highly recommend it. They’re a paying market, so donate if you can. They’ve allowed me to put the PDF in my feed to share with all of you. Hope you enjoy!

Wow! Great short story and really indepth dystopian society thought out really well. Neatly wrapped up as to how knowledge and trades are affected too without detracting from the main theme. I would love to see more from that ‘universe’ for stories.
Wonderful story. Lots of emotion and content for just a few pages. I can easily imagine an entire novel around this idea (as I am sure you have as well), that would be great. Thank you for sharing. Now if you will excuse me, I have a hankering for stew,.. Mmmm, Stew.
Sorry I wasn’t able to get this to AB. I look forward to reading it. More later
