First off, I’m 54 and I still don’t feel grown-up. My kids are 15 & 17 and I’ve gone through the same with time about failure. Best cure was having them read up on Edison. He found over 1,000 ways not to make a lightbulb before he found the right one.
Nice hearing your description of your staff practice. We use the same metaphor for jianshu.
