We see the final battle between the new gods and the old gods, and Kate and Daniel are trying to keep their secrets hidden, or they risk losing all their allies.
My newest project was unveiled at WorldCon last week, and I’m proud to be able to post about it here.
I’ll be running the WorldBuilder project, the new Angry Robot project. We’re taking Adam Christopher’s new novel, Empire State, and encouraging a creative commons run fan project. First, we are approaching four pro writers to write us some stories in the universe. Then we will be hiring other creative professionals to create other art in the ES world for your consumption.
Then we open it up to the fans.
Yup, we are actively encouraging fan fiction in this world, and will be taking our pro content and the best of the fanfic and putting them into anthologies.
Empire State is the perfect novel to kick off the WorldBuilder project; there are an infinite number of stories to be told within that world – private eye, superhero, gangster, fringe science, alternate realities – and an infinite number of ways these stories can be told.
